2023 WSO NC Championship

Big congrats to Aislynn, Cindy, and Raul for their performance at this year’s WSO NC championship! And yes coach Doug competed too!

For Aislynn and Cindy this was their first meet, and for Raul this was his second meet. All three lifters did great, everyone hit PR’s including Doug, and Cindy and Doug both won medals for their master’s devisions!

Thanks for everyone at the gym for all your support of the weightlifting team, hopefully we can add a few more lifters to the team at the next couple of meets! Hint hint wink wink you now who you are! Next meets, Super Total on December 16, and our favorite meet the Queen City Classic right here in Charlotte is in May.
