Workouts for 9-4-2015

warm up: 0:30 each 3x – jump rope, step jump, squat thrust 

10 rounds: 

  • 5/5 DB box steps
  • 10 alternating DB curls 
  • 10 jumping lunges (warrior does front rack BB step back lunges)
  • 50m KB farmer carry 

Finish: 100 KB swings 

Heather with a nice triple extension on that hang clean!
