Prepare yourselves! Halloween horror begins Wednesday!!!

Monday 9-29-2014

Warm up: 20 squats, 20 squat thrusts

Skill: today you get to learn “hang power cleans”. We will work on them for about 15 minutes.

Warrior: squat clean 5,3,2,1

6 rounds:

10 barbell burpees
10 pull ups
10 lateral box jumps
20 knee tuck crunches

Finish: 50 kettlebell high pulls
