warm up: 20 squats, 10 squat thrust, 10 push ups, 200m run 

Mobility: back bend, hamstring

This is an odd format…

  1. 1,000m row
  2. 500m run

5 rounds

  • 10 burpees
  • 5/5 KB row single arm
  • 10 KB swings two hands 
  • 10 KB squats 
  • 50 mountain climbers 
  1. 500m run
  2. 1,000m row

Finish: 30 DB chest press
