warm up: 20 walking lunges, 10 squat thrust

Strength: deadlift 5×5

6 rounds:

  • 20 jump squats
  • 10 ring rows
  • 10 skull crushers
  • 50 bicycles

Finish: 100 kettlebell swings and 100 total alternating DB curls
