Warm up: 20 squats, 20 squat thrusts

5 rounds:

5 thrusters
10 knees to elbow
10 broad jumps
20 half burpees (warrior double unders)

Finish: 25/25 kettlebell snatches

Extra credit: 25 HSPU

Warrior strength: 3×3 barbell snatches
