Warm up: 50 JJ, 200 yard run

Mobility: 20 side to side lunges, 10/10 tap and twist lunges, 3×0:30 ass to ankles squat holds

4 rounds:

12,9,6,3 back squats
3,6,9,12 chin ups
24 walking lunges
12 skull crushers

Finish: 20/10 x 10 wall sit

Mobility: wall half pigeon

Warrior: box jump for max height
