warm up: 10 push ups, 50 mountain climbers, 500m run

One round for time: 

  • Run 400 
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 DB Rows
  • Run 400
  • 20 DB Press 
  • 40 V-Crunches 
  • 40 KB swing (two hands)
  • Run 400
  • 20 burpees

Finish: 5x – 15 push ups, 5 pull ups
