Workouts for 8-3-2015

Warm up: 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 push ups, 500m run

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Chest press (warrior bench) 
  • 10/10 KB row one arm 
  • 15 Push up
  • 10 Ring row (warrior pull up) 

5 Rounds – 0:30 each plus 0:30 break

  • Squat thrust
  • KBHP
  • Mountain climber 
  • Jump squats 

Finish: 500m run
