Workouts for 8-28-2015

Warm up: 10 squat thrusts, 10 push ups, 50 JJ

Mobility: 10/10/10 arm circles, half dragon fly

Rounds: 

  • 5,10,15,15,10,5 chest press (warrior bench press) 
  • 5 pull ups (warrior on rings)
  • 10,15,20,20,15,10 KBHP (warrior doubles)
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 jump squats

Finish: no rain 1,000m run. rainy day row 500 + 50 squat thrust
