warm up: 10 squat thrusts, 500m run

Strength day! 

5 Rounds:

  • 10 DB shoulder press
  • 10 plate raises 
  • 15 abmat sit-ups with ball
  • 15 behind the back barbell shoulder shrugs 

Finish: 20/10 x 4 x 5 rounds

  • Single hand swing 
  • Single hand swing
  • HKJ
  • Squats
