warm up: 10 squats, squat thrust, push ups, run 200

Warrior strength: box squat 5×3

8 rounds Ladder style:

  • 2x burpees
  • 4x KBHP
  • 1x KB front squat
  • 1x pull ups
  • 4x slamballs
