warm up: 20 squats, 20 lunges

(Warrior: OH squats 5×3)

One time: 

  • 500m run
  • 50 DB lunges 
  • 50 KB swings 
  • 25 DB squat thrust curl and press
  • 50 KB deadlift 
  • 50 abmat sit-ups 
  • 500m run 

Finish: 25 knees to elbow or toes to bar
