warm up: 2:00 each – row, jump rope, squat plus squat thrust

Strength: 6×2 BB jerks

18:00 amrap

  • 10 Med ball thruster 
  • 10/10 KB snatch 
  • 20 mountain climbers 
  • 20 opposite toe touch 

Finish: 50 x 3 way abmat sit-up
