wu: 20 push ups, 500m run

Mobility: hurdle front and back stretch, frog, half dragonfly

Rounds:

  • 5,10,15,20,25,30 burpees
  • 30,25,20,15,10,5 kbhp 
  • 10 chest press off floor
  • 5 pull ups
  • (Warriors/advanced add 20 double unders)

Finish: 30 KBFS
