Warmup down and back… Lunge twist , high kick, butt kick, karaoke 
Strength: 6×2

5 rounds

  • 20 step back lunges 
  • 20 superman
  • 10 frog squat/knee tuck jump 
  • 15 skull crushers
  • 5/5 ring assisted pistols
  • 20 abmat sit-up
