Interval for 7/15

Warmup 20 mtn climbers, 20 jump squats, 20 jumping jacks
, run 200

40/20 for 6 rounds

  • Piston press with medium weight 
  • Slam ball 
  • Knee tuck crunch with a twist  
  • Kb thruster 20/20 
  • Alternate Ski and box step jump

Finish: 10/10 x 5 shadow stance hold

Extra credit: 10 hspu or 1:00 hold

Warrior…

Warrior strength: 20 handstand pushups

Intervals 40/20

  • Piston press
  • Hammer tire
  • Plate twist
  • Bb thruster light weight
  • Ski erg

 

Finish for warriors: 5 min of overhead plate step ups. One foot is always on the box.
