warm up: 20 jump squats, 50 JJ, 200m run

Strength: box squats 5×5

6 rounds:

  • 8 RDL deadlifts 
  • 8 Chin ups 
  • 16 kettlebell swings 
  • 8 broad jumps 

Finish: 20/20/20 boat/canoe/rest 5x
