Workouts for 6-8-2015 “Evelyn”

warm up: 50 JJ, 20 squat thrust, 200m run

It’s endurance day!!! Our man Vincent ran 20 miles this past weekend, so I think all of you can put in a one or two! 


4 rounds for time:

  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 KBHP
  • 20 V-crunches 
  • (Warriors add 250m ski)
  • 500m run 

Finish: 20/10 x 10 chest press burnout
