Workouts for 6-26-2015

warm up: 20 side lunges, squat hold 3x, half pigeon

Strength: BC – deadlift 5×3, Warrior – 5,3,2,1

5 rounds:

  • 10 KB walking lunges
  • 5 chin ups
  • 10 box jumps 
  • 15 skull crushers 
  • 15 V-crunches 

Finish: the fastest 500m ski you can pull
