One round for time

  • 25 wallballs
  • 20/20 kb snatches 
  • 20 DB squat thrust clean and press
  • 40 abmat sit-ups
  • 1,000m run 
  • 40 ABMAT sit-ups
  • 20 DB squat thrust clean and press
  • 40 ABMAT sit-ups 
  • 20/20 KB snatches
  • 25 wallballs

Finish: plank 20/20 high/low x 8 rounds
