6/15 mobility

warmup:30 seconds PVC Russian propeller of pain stretch, 30 seconds each side half dragon fly, 10 overhead squats, run 200 meters

18:00 AMRAP 

  • gym length crab walk
  • gym length burpee broad jumps
  • 10 KBHP

finish 50 overhead plate abmat situps. arms are always perpendicular to the ground.

warrior: strength/mobility 5 skin the cat with 5 leg lifts each time
18:00

  • 15 hindu pushups
  • alternate each round crab walk/ bear crawl
  • gym-length slurpee broad jumps
  • 10 pull-up

same finish with minimum 35 lb
