warm up: 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 squat thrusts, 200m run 

Intervals

20/20/20 plus 0:20 rest x 6

  • DB Curl and Press/mountain climber/toe touch
  • Slamballs/jumping lunges/oblique twists
  • Kettebell swing/HKJ/flutter kick
  • Plate raise squat/plate circle/plate 12 to 6 sit ups

Finish: 1,000m row
