WU: 10 squats, 10 burpees, 200m run

Boot camp

5 rounds

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls
  • 20 mountain climbers 
  • 10 box jumps
  • 500m run

Finish: 50 toe touch, 25/25 nasties, 50 opposite toe touch, 50 bicycles 

Warrior

5 rounds 

  • 5 hang cleans
  • 10 burpees
  • 10/10 kettlebell snatches
  • 10 box jumps
  • 500m run
