warm up: 10 squats, 20 side lunges, 10 squat thrusts, 10 squat jumps 

2:30/0:30 x 6 rounds – AMRAP 

  • 5 squat thrust with 10 mountain climbers 
  • 5/5 Kettlebell swings 
  • 5/5 kettlebell press (strict press no legs)

Finish: 8 rounds 

  • 5 v-crunches 
  • 20 toe touch
  • 40 bicycles
