warm up: 500m run 

6 rounds: 

  • 10 DB chest press off floor
  • 10 BB bent rows ***good posture!!!***
  • 15 push ups
  • 15 prone rows 

Finish: 5:00 amrap 

  • 5 burpees 
  • 5 KB swings ***heavy!!!***
  • 5 slamballs
