warm up: 20 squats, 10 squat thrust, run 200

20:00 AMRAP (warriors 24:00, instructors use timer 2 on 1:00 rounds) 

  • 5 BB thrusters 
  • 5/5 single arm kettlebell swings 
  • 5 roll up sit-ups
  • 5 broad jumps
  • 200m run 

Finish: Plank drill 6:00 – 0:20 each position (instructors choice)
