 Warm up: dynamic walking, 30 squat thrust

Strength: Deadlift – 6 sets of 2 reps

 Tabata (:20/:10 – 4 rounds static 2x through)

  • Row
  • Push-ups
  • Box switch jumps
  • Med Ball Squats
  • HKJR
  • KB swings

Finish: Sprints!!!
