Strength: Strict Barbell Shoulder Press – 6 sets of 3 reps

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 40 DB thrusters
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • (Advanced ski 500m)
  • 1,000m Daycare run

Finish: 3 Rounds:

  • :30 Banana rock
