Workouts for 4-4-2016

Warm-up: Walking high knees, toe touches, butt kicks; 20 total side lunges, 10 burpees

Strength: Box Squats – 6 sets of 3 reps

 

5 Rounds:

  • 5 Burpee box jumps
  • 10 Toes to bar/knees to elbow
  • 20 KBHP
  • 40 Bicycles
  • 300 Meter run
  • (Advanced 20 double unders)

Finish: 1,000 meter row
