Workouts for 3-25-2016

Warm-up: Traditional Pride BC warm-up – Walking toe-touch, high knee walk, butt kicks plus inverted single leg hamstring stretch (straight legs (one standing, one up), hinge at hips to touch toes – performed before the Iron Athlete clinic)
and 30 squat thrust
 6 rounds:

  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 20 KB swings (10/10)
  • 10 Jump squats
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 100 meter ski

 Finish: 5 minute front, high plank for time (running clock – see how long it takes to achieve 5 total minutes of planking)
