Workouts for 3-23-2016

Warm-up: :30 timer (each movement) – Jump rope, high knee jog, pass throughs w/ pvc, x 3 

Strength: Jerks – 5 sets of 3 reps

 30 minute AMRAP with a partner – split reps as you would like – finish each movement as a team before moving on

  • 1K Row
  • 40 KB high pulls
  • 20 Box jumps (24”/18”)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 OH lunges with plate (25, 35, 45#)

 Finish: 100 V-crunches

Extra credit: 50 DB shoulder presse
