Warm up: 1:00 each HKJ, squat plus jump squat, squat thrust, JJ

Mobility: crossover, Thai stretch 

3:00/1:00 x 5 x 2 

1. Man makers 

2. 10 kb swing (warrior doubles), 20 mountain climbers 

3. 10 ABMAT sit-ups, 5 leg raises 

4. Jump rope (warrior BB cleans)

5. Ski or row
