Mobility: 10/10/10 arm circles, 5/5 body circles

“Balls to the Wall”
1 round:

15 wall ball
50 jump squats
15 wall ball
40 (20/20) kettlebell swings
15 wall ball
30 (15/15) Kettlebell snatches
15 wall ball
20 floor wipers (with the bar!)
15 wall ball
10 knees to elbow

Finish: 5:00 plank drill 0:20
