warmup: bear crawl down and back, high knees, high kicks, butt kicks, karaoke down and back

6 rounds
12 leg lift / db floor press
12 jumps squat
weighted side shuffle
12 ring rows

finish: 20 clapping push-ups, 20 regular push ups


strength: incline chest flies 5×5 pyramid sets up and back down in weight

6 rounds

15 pushups on swiss ball
15 double unders
Weighted side shuffle
6 strict pullups

same finish without option of hitting the knees
