Warm up: 50 JJ, 20 squat thrust, 50 mountain climbers

Warrior strength: DB incline bench press 5×5

6 rounds:

15 Push ups
60 Bicycles
15 Ring rows
60 Plank jacks
2 sets over Pipe hop

Finish: 50 KB sumo deadlift high pull
