Warm up: 20 squats, lunges, side lunges, tap and twist

Warrior strength: squat clean 5,5,3,2,1

6 rounds

5 back squats
10 knees to elbow or toes to bar
10 KB swings
10/10 side knee tucks
10 lateral box jumps

Finish: 8 rounds of 0:30 plank and 0:30 shadow stance hold
