Workouts for 12-11-2015

Warm up: no ladder drill today, I know you’re super disappointed! 

20 lunges, 20 squats, 10 push ups, 50 JJ

Double AMRAP – 12:00 each – 3:00 rest between

AMRAP 1

  • 3 deadlift
  • 6 box jump
  • 6 DB curls (advanced can do 3 pull ups if you do not need a band)
  • 6 KB swing

Rest 3:00

AMRAP 2

  • 6 walking lunges 
  • 6 Box Dips
  • 6 Broad jumps 
  • 6 KB swing

Finish: 3:00 row, 0:30, 3:00 box step, 0:30, 3:00 JR
