Warm up: 10 squats, 10/10 side lunges, 50 JJ

6 rounds:

  • 10 DB curls and press
  • 10 KB DL
  • 10 KB swing
  • 10 plate raise
  • 10 leg raise

Finish: 20/10×15 (5 each) 

  • Plank
  • Shadow
  • Chair
