Warm up: 20 jump squats, 500m run

Mobility: hurdle 

10 rounds: 

  • 5 deadlift
  • 5 chin up
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 skull crushers 
  • 15 ABMAT sit-ups

Finish: run 500m
