Warmup: 10 stationary inch worm pushups, 20 jumping jacks, 10 jump squats,

5 rounds: every round add 4 to everything and add 2 to the pullups, last round go back to down

12,16,20,24,20
180 jump squats, alternating directions
floor presses
leg lifts
6,8,10,12,10
pull-ups

Finish: 50 Burpees

Extra credit: Row 2,000
