Warm up: 0:30 each shoulder circle, arm under over each side, elbow pull each side

6 rounds:

3 barbell jerks
5/5 front/side raises
15/15 KBHP (warrior snatches)
5 sets of middle/left/right V crunches

Finish: 20/20/20×5 squats/half burpee/HKJ
