Warm up: 10 squats, jump squats, 10/10 side lunges, squat thrusts, push ups

3 rounds:

500m ski
500m row
20 Burpees
20 chest press
60 bicycles
10 toes to bar
30 KB swings
60 mountain climbers

Finish: high plank 30/10 x 8 rounds
