***Schedule change! 7am and 5pm will be open to everyone. We will do our best to offer advanced options on most workouts. We are also developing new warrior tests to challenge the badasses.***

Warm up: 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 squat thrusts

Mobility: dynamic walking 

Strength: Front squats 5×3 

15:00 AMRAP 

  • Burpee ladder starting at 1 and going up by 1
  • Box jump double your burpee number (advanced option is to combine your burpee and box jumps)
  • 5 KBHP 
  • 20 mountain climbers
