Workouts 9-22-14

Strength:

15 pass throughs with pvc
5 tap and twists each side
5 boot strappers

15 minute strength portion with bench press. Partner them up into teams on the bars and have them go through 5,3,2,1 max weight with spotters. Everyone on the team gets through the 5 reps before moving onto the 3 reps etc…

circuit:

5 rounds

10 body builders with two pushups
10 db bent row/kickback
20 cross body reach crunch
15 ring rows

warrior: same strength portion

5 rounds

10 db bench flies
5 hang cleans
20 cross body reach crunch
1 rope climb
