Warmup: Gym-length Inch worm push-ups, High Knees, Butt kicks, Caraocas X’s 2

Bootcamp:    6 Rounds

10 Walk over medball pushups
10 DB bent rows
10 floor wipers with KB’s  (left, right, middle = one rep)
10 lateral plate hops each foot (20 total)
10 knees to elbows

Warrior: Strength 5×5 heavy DB pull-overs

6 Rounds

10 explosive walk over medball pushups
10 feet-on-wall ring rows
10 BB floor wipers
10 lateral plate hops each foot (20 total)
10 toes to bar
