Warmup: 20 lunges 20 squats 20 pushups 40 jumping jacks 

1:20 on 40 off x 3 rounds

  • Hands glued to bar Sumo deadlifts 
  • 10 plank jacks / 10 frog squats 
  • Bear crawl / crab walk
  • Row 
  • 10 jump lunges / 10 kettebell swings
