Workouts 2-8-2016

Warm up: 20 squats, 20 side lunges, 20 squat thrust 
Tabata couplets 

  • Push ups/opposite toe touch
  • Legs up chest press/crossover mountain climber 
  • KB front squat/HKJ
  • Skater lunge/KB swing single hand 

Finish: 3x 20 burpees, 250m row (advanced can do 5 reps burpee pull ups)

Extra credit: do two more rounds of finish
