30 seconds low squat
30 seconds forearm dragon lunge R
30 seconds hurdle stretch R
30 seconds forearm dragon lunge L
30 seconds hurdle stretch L

two times through before warmup

warm up: 20 jumping jacks, 20 pulse lunges each side, 5 burpees

6 rounds:

10 deadlifts
10 box jumps
10 total kb rack backstep lunges
20 ABMAT sit-ups

finish: 20/10 x 10 wall sit

Mobility: 1:00 minute of seated tree per side, 1:00 minute of seated tree with the leg up and over for the intense IT band stretch per side
