warmup 20 seconds x’s three: speed skaters, mtn climbers, jump squat hops

5 rounds through
12 back lunge wall ball
20 hip pops/ toe touches
10 DB jerks
10 total single leg side hops
20 weighted reach crunches

finish: 200 ft kb waiters walks each arm

Warrior
Strength 4 rope climbs

5 rounds through
12 step back wall ball lunges
12 barbell rollouts
10 barbell jerks
10 single leg box jumps
10 db kb half getups

finish same
